About the Institute

The underlying focus of SAIL is to contribute to the local, national and global discussions on education while also offering ongoing professional learning to staff and the broader educational community.

Its contributions have been recognised through the Australian Education Awards as twice winner of 'Best Co-Curricular Program' and 'Secondary School of the Year (non-government) 2024'.  SAIL staff have regularly contributed to research papers, podcasts and conference presentations in Australia and overseas, highlighting the wonderful work of the wider team.

SAIL has positioned itself as a leading voice in future-focused education and a respected provider of professional development and resources to schools across the globe.

The SAIL team is passionate about collaborating with others to create an educational experience that will truly equip young people to make a positive impact in the world of tomorrow.
