There are a few different ways that you can connect with us.
TeachMeets are informal, collaborative experiences organised by educators, for educators, in order to share ideas and experiences. The focus is on sharing ideas through short presentations (typically 2, 5 or 7 minutes long) with teachers attending as a participant or a presenter. TeachMeets are often based on a specific theme, such as technology use, subject area focus, or AI in education. SAIL runs regular TeachMeets for its SAIL Associates, St Andrew's staff and local educators.
This short visit is a way of connecting with SAIL over a coffee tour of our campus. There will be time to find points of connection as we listen to each other's stories. This is a great way to ‘check us out’ and a stepping stone to see if there is any potential to collaborate further in the future. These visits are general rather than in-depth explanations of a program or resource, and they come at no cost.
It is incredibly valuable to step out of the day-to-day routine and find space to connect, dream and plan for the future.”
The Workshop is designed to transform, gain insight or up-skill a specific team or area of your school. Like all productive meetings, we start with a barista coffee and then undertake a brief tour of the College. We then move to a specially designed ‘think lab’ where the SAIL team will facilitate a tailored day of inspiration and exploration on a pre-defined area of focus. Besides gaining knowledge and ideas, we believe that a purposeful visit together is a valuable way to lift morale and grow the relationships between the staff in your team.

It is worth noting that SAIL is open to mutually beneficial arrangements in which hosting is offered at no charge if a reciprocal opportunity is available.
